CRANSTON YMCA
The Cranston YMCA is a community hub for families and healthy living. The branch provides before and after school care on site with homework help, enrichment, and active play. Members benefit from a Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) bike that supports mobility and neurological recovery, as well as Active Older Adult programs, including AARP Rhode Island workshops on fraud prevention, technology, and caregiving. With group exercise, aquatics, youth sports, and seasonal events, the Cranston Y helps members stay active, connected, and supported at every age.
